Coach praises PlayStrong approach!

I cannot thank you enough for opening my eyes to a new way to condition our basketball players. I believe our team will be much better because of the PlayStrong program. Our players have responded to the new challenges and look forward to conditioning everyday ... I never thought I'd say that!

The overall package that PlayStrong promotes is amazing. It has helped us be very specific and focused during our workouts. Our players are more aware of their body's limitations and expectations. They are now beginning to realize the benefits on the court. I see a difference daily.

Again, thanks for caring about women athletes doing the positive things that benefit them in their sport and in their lives.
